Personal Training

When you train at Superfit, your Personal Trainer will develop a structured program focusing on achieving your specific goals. All training sessions are designed to be rewarding, fun, motivating, encouraging and educational, making it easier and more enjoyable to achieve and maintain your fitness goals. Your sessions will remain varied and interesting to eleviate any chance of boredom. We also understand that training in a “gym environment” can be a quite intimidating for some. Our fully equipped private studio allows you to exercise with the company of your trainer and out of the public eye.

A Personal Training appointment with Superfit will ensure that you not only attend training sessions but are given the motivation towards achieving your short and long term goals. Our job is to assess your fitness levels, train you accordingly, push you past your comfort zone and keep you inspired.

Train either one on one or with a group of friends to share the cost, get fit and have fun at the same time! Whether you are an athlete, a weekend warrior or you have never exercised before, Superfit will be with you every step of the way.

Superfit Sculpt

Our very successful Superfit Sculpt program is a 12 week training strength and conditioning program which is held 4 times per year.  The program incorporates weight training targeting specific areas of the body on different days throughout the week, with core one of our main priorities.

In conjunction with the training, clients are provided with a fully structured meal plan for the duration of the program that is followed and returned each Monday for review.  The meal plan is flexible, allowing foods to be swapped in and out according to individual likes/dislikes.

Training is held at the Superfit gym under the watchful eye of dedicated trainers. The program numbers are capped at 12 per group which enables us to carefully monitor individual progress.

Measurements are taken various times throughout the program, with reports issued on a monthly basis to track progress results.

Sessions are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday with both 5am and 7pm time slots available. Due to the continued success of the program, wait lists are now in place.

Open Gym

Full access to the gym and its facilities at certain times of the day for members to train in privacy. We guarantee you wont be fighting for space and we like to keep it that way


CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman over several decades. Glassman, CrossFit’s Founder and CEO, was the first person in history to define fitness in a meaningful, measurable way: increased work capacity across broad time and modal domains. He then created a program specifically designed to improve fitness and health.

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life. They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing the amount of work done in the shortest time. Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work divided by time—or power. The more work you do in less time, or the higher the power output, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is a key component of why CrossFit is so effective, and it gave birth to a global network of CrossFit affiliates that number over 13,000. Harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition and fun of sport or game yields an intensity that cannot be matched by other means.

The CrossFit program is driven by data. Using whiteboards as scoreboards, keeping accurate scores and records, running a clock, and precisely defining the rules and standards for performance, we not only motivate unprecedented output but derive both relative and absolute metrics at every workout. This data has important value well beyond motivation.

Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results. The program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specializing.

While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, the program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree, not kind.


Indoor Rowing

Rowing has often been considered one of the best forms of full-body conditioning exercises. Indoor owing offers a safe, low-impact, total body strength & conditioning workouts. Our Concept 2 Indoor Rowers will  increased core strength, offer a high caloric burn, weight loss, body awareness and mental focus through fluid movement and rhythm, and progress tracking.

Superfit offers one hour group fitness classes with motivating and supportive fully qualified Indoor Rowing Coaches to get you rowing correctly while understanding not just the endless benefits of this low impact, fitness tool but to understand the monitors and all it has to offer.

Prepare to be challenged mentally and physically in Rowforce in a supportive group setting in the comfort of an air conditioned studio.

We offer both one hour rowing classes and 30 minute classes. It isnt what you think?? Be prepared to be challenged mentally and physically as we tempt you to play around with stroke rates and monitor your screens like a hawk!  One hours covered by a GOLD pass, and Express Row classes covered under our SILVER sessions.



TABATA is a HIIT class that changes every week focussing on a mix of strength and cardio elements.  20 secs of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times, for ONE set. All done to the beat of TABATA songs and in a fun and friendly, no BS atmosphere. We cover strength, cardio, core, and will guarantee to get your heart racing and your head bopping in between sets. Our HIGH energy, good vibe class that is one of our most popular. Get in, go hard and go home! Both hour and half hour classes are available and GOLD will get you a spot in our HOUR class, and only SILVER required for TABATA express.
